Knotted Photography | Jeff Berger

Hi! My name is Jeff Berger and I'm the owner of Knotted Photography. In 2007, I purchased my first professional camera and I have been hooked ever since. I had recently gotten engaged and decided that my life was going to soon become a world of memories that I was going to want to capture the right way. From that point on I began studying photography and have been working on my skills ever since. For the most part I am a one man shop, but I do call upon my amazing wife Erin to help me out when needed. For most weddings and sessions, I will be your photographer on site. You might meet Erin during the booking and planning stages and also on bigger shoots which might require 2 photographers.

When it comes to weddings and special events, I consider myself a pro. In 2007, instead of going the traditional wedding photography route, I actually started the company Chicagoland PhotoBooth. We were the first portable Photo Booth Company in the Chicagoland area. In 2010, I decided to sell the business so Erin and I could focus on starting our family. During my photobooth days I personally worked over 250 weddings and special events. The experience I gained during that time illustrated the importance of how special weddings really are. My goal is to provide couples with lasting memories. I want you to be able to look back on your special day and remember how fun and exciting it was for you.

The word "Knotted" was chosen to signify that we are in this together. Your photographer should be someone who wants to be there, not just someone you're paying. I treat all my clients as if they are my close and personal friends. I get to share some of the best moments with you and I want to provide you with a life time of memories.
